This unit is heavy duty! In addition to pulling trees, brush and posts, when the arms a closed it can also be used as a tree bucket. The teeth on the top of the arms are for cutting roots. If you want to clear out an area and not worry about left over stumps being in the way or resprouting, this will get it done.
